AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, BELINDA S. ARAW, of legal age Filipino citizen, with postal address at 12 Pieces St.
Cinco Hermanos Subdivision Marikina City 1802, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the mother and legal guardian of ASTRUD VANESSA ARAW and DAVID
ARAW.

2. I am a business woman in the Philippines and own various corporations in the

Philippines to wit:

3. I will be travelling to New Zealand from _________ to ____________ and will be

accompanied by my children as above stated details of which are as follows:

4. That I will be responsible for the accommodation, subsistence and support for the
above-mentioned persons during the stay in New Zealand so that the above-
mentioned will not become a public charge in New Zealand.

5. That I guarantee the above-mentioned will not violate any laws of New Zealand, or
work or seek employment in New Zealand.

6. That the above-mentioned will return to the Philippines on or before the expiration of
the period of their authorized stay in New Zealand. I understand that overstaying,
working without a valid permit crimes in New Zealand.

7. That I am executing this Affidavit to enable the above-mentioned to visit New

Zealand in accordance with the pertinent laws and regulations of the Philippines and
New Zealand.
