ENTITLED: “Pa-REGALONG HANDOG KAALAMANG Pang-SIYENSIYA”

Objectives: To interview the recipients listed on the attached document to have

an information about their family background and the things they
need in school.

Expected Number of Participants: Sixty-one (61) recipients, one (1) documenter and one
(1) Interviewer

PART 2

Narrative Report

Interview is done to assess the interviewee whether is deserving or not to the

objective of the program. This is also an opportunity to know and understand more the
interviewee (learner). Another interest of conducting this interview is to identify the needs
of each recipient and to assess whether the host can provide it or can give alternative in
it.
 We asked assistance to our Department Head, Ms. Marian M. Pronton to be the
interviewer. Without any hesitations, she said “Yes!”. I gave her a copy of the initial list of
the recipients (refer to the attachment). The interview started at 8:00 of November 07,
2019. It was a 5-min interview. The learners were excused from their subject Teacher.
