When integrating in the 𝑦𝑦 direction the curve
𝑦𝑦 = sin−1 𝑥𝑥 is not always under the tangent. This
is only true in the 1st quadrant. The piece in the
4th quadrant must be treated separately.
Many students got very sloppy with their numbers.
When calculations are complicated you must slow
down to make sure you don’t make silly errors.
