FINAL YEAR PROJECT PRESENTATION

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Final Year Project Presentation session will be conducted in

English on 18 December 2019 (Wednesday) at School of
Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UTM Johor Bahru,
Johor.

2. Before the presentation day, please:

a) Check your presentation session. Contact FYP coordinator
ASAP if you cannot find yours.
b) Submit three (3) copies of your technical paper (min. 6-
10 pages) in English to the UTMSPACE’s School of Civil
Engineering academic office the latest by 12 December
2019 (Thursday).

3. During the presentation day, please:

a) Dress decently and follows the UTM Dress Code.
b) Complete the Presentation Approval Form
(FKA.B.PG.PSM.03) with your supervisor’s signature and
submit it to the chairperson before presentation begins.
c) You have a total of 15 minutes for presentation (10
minutes) and Q&A session (5 minutes).
d) Prepare a 10 minutes PowerPoint slides presentation.
e) Come 15 minutes early to load and test run your
presentation file in the provided laptop.

4. Failure to present your project without any reasonable

excuses will result failure of this course (SKAA 4034)
completely.
