3. Since the questionnaire does not include a defined structure beginning with warm-up
questions and does not answer most of the questions required to adequately measure
the parameters required to fulfill the research objectives. The questionnaire includes
some questions that cover spending pattern and repurchase behaviour however, overall
the questionnaire lacks objectivity.
4. Since the questionnaire does not collect adequate responses for the variables drawn
from the constructs,
a. we would first classify the broad response areas basis the tree structure defined
in Q1.
b. Secondly, we will include warm-up questions to assess the demographic details
c. Further, we will map each questions basis the tree structure and ensure all
variables of the identified constructs are getting a response from the target
audience.
d. The questions formed shall be easy to interpret and respond to.
