1. President
a. Aeries
i. Not well communicated and disruptive
ii. No warning to teachers
1. Chuck said in preparation for discipline access they had cut off access
to other students so teachers couldn’t see discipline records.
2. Tony only intended for us to have access to our students.
a. Aeries changed back for now.
b. Chuck pulled back on training for teachers with confidentiality
of discipline.
b. Class size
i. Numbers done without peer tutors
ii. UM didn’t need a section
iii. Pondo needed section but the district wanted an MOU to not add a section.
1. Added U.S. History
c. Meeting Logs
i. Reps should have met with admin. About meeting logs.
1. Should meet quarterly
2. Every meeting added to document needs totals run
a. El Dorado is not running totals
b. UM has 2 sheets-only should be one with running totals

4. Pondo Meetings
a. Initial 504 meetings aren’t being tracked as SST’s
b. All teachers are not attending SST’s at Pondo

3. Long term sub not credentialed and can’t run caseloads
a. Pam told them sub needs to be credentialed
b. Pam doesn’t want to shed light on SPED

a. Erin Arthur
i. Stepped down as lead due to medical issues with daughter
ii. Ryan Madsen will take her place.
2. Governor's budget
a. Ryan, Stephanie and Eric attending
3. Contract
a. No money in budget for raise
b. Open house off the table
c. District doesn’t want to pay for extra band director
d. We asked district to re-open safety to discuss discipline issues with Aeries access
4. Saturday School--Past Practice
a. ORHS traditionally pays 5 hours for Saturday School
i. Admin changed timesheet of teacher
ii. Discussed past practice and how it cannot be unilaterally changed
iii. Bob Whitenberg said yes 5 hours is past practice at ORHS
b. Each site has past practice regarding Saturday school
5. Measure A Event January 15th, 6-7:15, @​5118 Robert J Matthews Parkway, El Dorado Hills
a. Speaker on committee is ElDo parent.
b. Pizza provided
c. Break people up into groups to brainstorm.
6. Know Your Contract /Dates to Remember for the Month Eric
a. Article 9 employee hours
i. Record of 504, SST’s, and IEP’s
ii. 30 min duty free lunch break.
iii. Info on how additional periods are assigned.
