The above prices are NOT inclusive of

 The quoted prices are exclusive of all direct/indirect taxes, custom duties etc.
 The quoted prices do not include civil work, site preparation, and permission from Government or any
other authorities.
 The quoted prices are exclusive of cost of any license, net metering or permission for shadow-free
plain/smooth surface required for installation of Solar Panels.
 Any customized or special case PV structure will be charged as per actual.
 Any upgrades or rectifications to the existing electrical system of the building which includes,
but is not limited to, interconnection of distribution boxes (DBs) on different floors with each
other, earthling, backup generator and ATS integration, load breaker reassignments, and the
associated material and labor, for this scope of work will be borne by the customer.
 The quoted prices are exclusive of onsite after-sales support and periodic cleaning cost of the PV
Panels.

Warranty

 Ten-years limited (workmanship) warranty of Solar Panels, and 80% linear performance warranty at
STC guaranteed for 25 years by manufacturer, can be claimed with manufacturer.
 One-year warranty for Solar Inverter.
 One-year warranty for Batteries.
 Warranty of Solar Inverter is subject to proper use, damages due to overloading, very high voltages or
surges or any abuse is not covered in the mentioned warranty.

System Maintenance

 The solar module surface should be cleaned at twice a week.

 The module surface should be cleaned with soft cloth or soft viper and appropriate solvent.
 Twice a year all electrical connections should be cleaned and stands adjusted for the season.
 Preventive maintenance training will be imparted after installation.

Commissioning time:

Commissioning shall be made within 6-10 weeks of confirmation of order, after advance payment and
delivery of equipment at site.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Taxes/Exchange Rate: The above quoted price/s is/are based on current parity of Pak Rs. to US$ (date of
this quotation), import policies, custom duties, sales tax structure, and local taxes
as levied by government of Pakistan or any provincial government/body. If, after
the submission of prices or even receiving purchase order, any increase in cost of
the product occurred, same will be forwarded to the buyer. We reserve the right to
raise the final invoice after incorporating any increase, due to factors beyond our
control.

Validity: The quoted price is valid for the period of fifteen (15) days, from the date of
proposal, if duties, taxes and exchange rate remain same as of the date of this
letter.

Warranty Repair or replacement warranty will be provided at our own discretions. Warranty
period is mentioned in material and prices schedule against manufacturing defects
and material workmanship

Payment Term: 50% advance and balance upon advise of material readiness and before collection
at designated pick-up point, or as mutual agreed.

Tax Deduction: Exempted for withholding tax (income tax) as per SRO# 97(1)/2002 with circular #
05 of 2002.

FCA/C&F (Prices): If Prices are offered in foreign currency on FCA basis, the shipment will be
delivered at customer site on DDP basis. However, all the customer duties, taxes,
shipment clearance and transportation charges from factory to customer site will
be additionally reimbursed as per actual. Payment will be made in PKR with
prevailing Foreign currency to PKR rate at the date of disbursement.

Delivery Time Within 10-12 weeks, after placement of order and advance payment.
Delivery (importation) time is indicative and is based on the prevailing government
policies on import practices. Any restriction of import by government or any delay
in clearance due to strike and reason whatsoever, the delivery schedule will be
amended, accordingly.

flood, casualty, acts of God, strikes, labor or transportation difficulties,
