INFORMATION FOR YOUR ARRIVAL INTO NEW YORK

not issued, cancelled ticket, cancelled flight, missed connection due to immigration, severe weather, mechanical
difficulties, and rescheduled/re-protected by airline. If you are delayed for any reason and it is possible you will miss
the ship, please contact ISS Global Marine Travel. You must contact ISS Global Marine Travel if there has been any
change to your original flight itinerary.

Lost Luggage
You must file a missing luggage claim with the airlines prior to leaving the airport. Provide the following delivery
address if your luggage is lost:

The Port Agent has been advised of your arrival into New York. The emergency telephone number is +917-601-1523.

ARRIVAL DAY PRIOR TO JOINING

Please proceed from baggage claim to AirTrain and take AirTrain to Federal Circle Station.
Upon arrival at Federal Circle, please call the hotel for complimentary shuttle pickup at 718-659-0200.

At check-in you will be required to provide a copy of your employment letter. The hotel front desk
will give you instructions regarding meals and restaurant hours. All incidental charges, such as phone, mini bar, in
room movies, baggage handling etc. must be paid by you upon check out.
NCLH will not be responsible for gratuities.

The transportation from the hotel to the ship will depart promptly at 08:00AM. Please check out by
7:30AM and wait for the driver in the Lobby Area. If you miss the transportation you will be
responsible for your own transportation to the ship and you will not be reimbursed.

Please make sure you turn in your room key, check-out and pay all incidentals at the front desk before leaving the
hotel. Failure to do so could result in additional charges to you.

ARRIVAL DAY OF JOINING

Please take a taxi directly to the ship which is located at the NY Passenger Ship Terminal Pier 88
In Lower Manhattan. Please submit your reimbursement to the Personnel Manager onboard.
