MINUTES OF LAC SESSION

MONTH OF OCTOBER

IN ATTENDANCE:

MEETING PROPER:

The session was started at 3:00 in the afternoon last October 4, 2020 at the Grade 7
Humility classroom. The facilitator, Katty D. Buenaflor formally opened the proceedings. It
started with a prayer led by Mr. Raymond Jubasan. Roll call was done and a quorum was
established with all the MAPEH teachers of San Francisco NHS.
The session opened with the topic of Ma’am Katty D. Buenaflor. One of the objective is
to analyze deeply the effects of media and technology on fitness and physical activity. She
emphasized the importance of technology on the integration of physical activity.
The day ended with a lot of learning which our participants bring to their respective
classrooms.
