A 38-year-old Chinese female presented with altered behavior, fever, and constitutional symptoms. A lumbar puncture found high opening pressure and cryptococcal antibody positive in CSF. Imaging found hydrocephalus on brain CT and multiple small lung nodules on chest CT. The patient was started on amphotericin B and flucytosine for diagnosed cryptococcal disease. The conference aims to discuss if the lung nodules could also be due to cryptococcosis.
