RESOLUTION REQUESTING FROM THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE TO PASS AND

APPROVE ON DONATING PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NO. 028-05-001-(01)-1002 TO
BARANGAY TANGAL:

WHEREAS, the Barangay Tangal, Sitio Tumibo has submitted a letter authorizing the
Hon. Michael L. Orayani, Municipal Mayor, Lubang, Occidental Mindoro, to sign the Deed of
Donation of two Multi-Purpose Buildings, known as Office Building IV-B and Assembly
House/Cultural III-D, with an area of 40.2 sqm and 36 sqm, located within Barangay Tangal, Sitio
Tumibo,
WHEREAS, in response to the donation of building duly requested by Barangay Tangal,
Sitio Tumibo this Municipality, the LGU Lubang declared Lot. No. 3333-A, a government property
located at Barangay Tangal, Sitio Tumibo.

WHEREAS, the attached copy of the Tax Decalaration No. 05-0001-01723 and Tax
Declaration No. 05-0001-011724

NOW THEREFORE, on duly motion ____________ seconded by ______________ be it resolved

as it is hereby resolves, “RESOLUTION REQUESTING FROM THE LOCAL CHIEF
EXECUTIVE TO PASS AND APPROVE ON DONATING PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION
NO. 028-05-001-(01)-1002 TO BARANGAY TANGAL”

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPALTY OF LUBANG IN REGULAR SESSION

ASSEMBLED

RESOLVED, FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Honorable

Mayor, Department of Budget and Management and all other offices concerned for their
information and appropriate action.
