Dear Ma’am:
The College of Engineering of the University of Perpetual Help – Molino would like to
recommend one of our students to undergo on-the-job training (OJT) in your company.
Mr. Arvin Dominic B. Dela Cruz, a student of Computer Engineering, freely expressed his desire
to complete his curriculum requirements and as an institution, we believe that your company can
provide the best actual training for him. The objective of the course is to provide the first-hand
experience in an actual COE field of endeavor. The named student has already acquired the
fundamental knowledge in Computer Engineering and can be assigned in any of field of interest.
He needs to complete 240 hours of OJT/ Practicum, with assessment of his skills through grading
him. Should you accept our student, please inform of his work schedule as your student trainee
to accommodate his school needs.
Respectfully yours,

I. Abstract /
Summary
36
I. Abstract / Summary:
My brief stay with Prime IT Source, Inc. has taught me a lot of lessons. I have
experienced to deal with different persons, professionals, technical and even to other
practicumers like me.
Through observation in the actual work, I will become more competitive and efficient
when I get a job in the future. The practicum also provides me some important insights
on the world of Information and Technology (IT).
I have to give a certain feedback and my views of what I observed as I have undergone
my training. Thus case report is something that I think could help the Prime IT Source,
Inc. to be more productive and be known in the field of IT services.

II. INTRODUCTION

II. Introduction:
I had no regrets in choosing Prime IT Source, Inc. even though was far from my
residence. My time was spent that I could say meaningful in the part of a practicumer
because they have taught me to experience more on the field of specializations of my
chosen field which is to become a computer engineer.
In Prime IT Source, Inc., they have been kind enough and patient to train and teach
me the things I needed to learn in their field of services.
I am proud to say that being part of this company. I become more knowledgeable,
skilful and responsible.
