Materials Curriculum Guide, Teacher’s Guide at Learner’s Manual, video of Chinese Peking Opera
Performance, projector, speaker, laptop

PROCEDURE
Review/Motivation “Jumbled Letters”
 Ask the students to arrange the letters to form the word.

Presentation/  Give a brief information about Chinese Peking Opera


Discussion  Watch a video of Chinese Peking Opera performances
 Discuss the roles and characters of Chinese Peking Opera
Post Activity “Copy Cut”
 The students will be group.
 Some scenes will be flash on screen and each group will mimic the scenes being
flash
Generalization  How do you see Chinese Peking Opera as an art?
 Among the characters, who do you want to portray?

“ABC GO!”
Evaluation
 The students will answer questions through a game.

Assignment Prepare a mini Peking Opera to be presented on the next meeting.
