Yes (Mid Term Appraisal will be done) 15) Can employees on T&M / Sodexo / any other payroll other than L&T/FTC payroll access SuccessFactors Only permanent employees havinglogin access to SuccessFactors can access it. 16) How will the past data flow into SuccessFactors? Goals are necessarily changed only in case of transfers, change in roleetc. 34) When can we get feedback from 3rd person Requestingfeedbackfrom a third person is as of now available onlyto the manager. 35) What is the limit for time & no of people for 3rd person feedback Thisis applicable only in case of transfer. No limitis defined, 36) Who all can view the achievements / feedback Employee and Supervisor (IS) 37) Is there system for feedback from the subordinate?
