June 14, 2019 At 6:15 in the afternoon, that was supposed to
be a time to go home when the two pupils named
Ezekiel Saavedra, a Grade Five Amethyst, under the
advisory of Mrs. Jenalyn M. Paguirigan and Ryne
Dustin Reyes, a Grade Four- OPal under the advisory
of Mrs. Rowena Oandasan, grabbed by the guard on
duty at the gate because they had a troublesome
with each other by punching on their both faces.
They were brought inside the Principal’s office, they
were given an advice, recorded on the next day
which was already Monday.
June 19, 2019 Ms. Marilou Deula, aunt of Mary Ann L. Briones
came to the Guidance office to report her classmate
Jasmine Meg, a case of oral defamation thru a group
chat by posting unpleasant words against her, both
Grade Six- Amethyst pupils under the advisory of Mr.
Darwin Frias.
June 27, 2019 The mother Mam Judith Pagud came to the
guidance office to report that her son Harley Dave
M. Pagud came home with black eye because he got
a trouble with his classmate Ronald Enong, they
were both a Grade Six- Ruby under Mam L. Basco.
They elaborated the case that somebody pushed
him away and he accidentally bumped to Ronald
Enong, this caused their collition.

 July 11, 2019 The Grade – One Sampaguita, under the advisory
of Mam Jenny Mae M. Rios reported the case of her
pupil, Adriah Trero for bullying his classmate by
saying bad word “PI”, provoking a quarrel to his
classmates and hurting them with his punches to his
classmates , without any reason. He even threw hard
thing toward the classroom window that caused its
cracks.
July 25, 2019 Ralf Aeron Lloyd Pingol a Grade Five- Peridot,
under the advisory of Mam Mangalino came to the
Guidance Office together with his poster parent
from DSWD and his own mother Mrs. Rachel Pingol,
reported the classmate, Luis C. Camantigue, who
was alleged of hurting Aeron by a punch to his side
arm because according to Luis, Aeron uttered a bad
word “PI” to Luis…
August 1, 2019 Mr. Rejie Maxino a father of Jhieane D. Maxino a
Grade Two-Sapphire, under the advisory of Mrs.
Emily R. Cabalquinto came to report the incident
happened inside the classroom that his daughter
was hit with the pointed umbrella to her eye
because her two classmate: Ruichie Shan Celis and
Kesha Charm Hechanova were playing with that
umbrella.
August 19,2019 Mrs. Elaine O. Cabauatan and her partner came to
the office to report his son Gianne Carlo E.
Cabauatan a Grade Three Ruby under the advisory
of Mrs. Daisy Peñero was bullied by his classmates:
Leo James H. Sasi and Danz Christoff Hina. That her
He was coached and given some sort of
advices for him to avoid such bad behavior
towards his classmates. He was also advised to
bring his parent to the school to discuss his bad
behavior inside the classroom.
The parent of Luis, Mrs. Marilou Camantigue
was urgently called to come to school and they
were both given an advice, by not hurting anyone
and not saying bad words to their fellows.
They both gave asked an apology for what
happened to both of them.
The parents of the two pupils were requested
to come to the school to settle the incident
encountered by their children. The victim was
sent to the doctor by her father to have a check
up on it if there was a serious thing to overcome
the incident, the father obliged the both parent
to shoulder the expenses. They made an
agreement to settle the costs of the medication
of the victim. The both parents agreed on it with
their signatures appeared on the guidance record
book.
The two male classmates that were alleged
bully to him were being asked by the parents/
guardian if the case were true, we found out that
it was not true so they were both advised and
coached that they should be friendly to Carlo
because he was a transfer pupil to us and that

doesn’t accept friend nor his classmates, so his
classmates used to approached him but he felt that
he was being bullied because he was forced to
communicate to them, even the two female
classmates that were assigned by the adviser to
assist him on his activities, he also doesn’t want to
comprehend, so most of his subject teachers didn’t
know what to be give him a grade.
September 5, 2019 Mrs. Michelle B. Baliscao, a Grade Six- Sapphire
adviser reported her two pupils who went out of the
school premises during classes hour without
permission to their adviser, while the subject
teacher was already having a classes inside the
classroom. According to the two pupils, they went
out to buy some refreshment “palamig” to the
nearby store of the school.
September 12, 2019 Mrs. Arlene C. De la Rosa together with her
husband Mr. Reniel S. De La Rosa, both parent of
Lukas Neil C. De la Rosa of Grade Four Topaz under
the advisory of Mrs. Eileen Bellen reported that their
son Lukas was sent outside the classroom for being a
troublesome maker inside the classroom, he was
recently transferred to Mrs. Lining, section Jade
because he might settle himself under the
supervision of Mam Lining, but then unfortunately
he did the same thing of being a troublesome maker,
so he was returned again to Mam Bellen. For a long
time of being outside the classroom, the pupil was
crying all alone and the parent was been worried on
they should avoid of bullying anyone. The parents
were advised by the Principal to stay because the
parent wanted to transfer their child to the other
school or he may be transfer to the other section
and it was done for a few days.

September 13, 2019 The two pupils of Five-Peridot under the advisory
of Mam Mangalino: 1. Louis C. Camantigue and
Nelson C. Diego were reported by Mam Agnes
Andaleon that they were having a troublesome
while the feeding was going on beside their
classroom, the adviser was busy on a school
program in scouting investiture day.
They were brought to the guidance office for
some clarification hence they told us that they
were just joking and that their classmates were
gladly provoking them to have a fake fight that
caused a big noise in the area…
They were coached and asked to make a
promise not to make any trouble again and
they were advised to say sorry to Mam Agnes
because they had disturbed their job that
time.
September 24, 2019 The guardian Mrs. Evangeline Yumol reported the
case of her grandson, Vash Asher Palomares, a
Grade Two-Onyx under the advisory of Mrs. Shahani
P. Abriol, that her grandson was bullied by the two
brothers: John Paul Sabando (Grade II-amber) and
John Enric Sabando ( Grade VI-Peridot), The
brothers forced Vash to get his silver necklace given
his grandmother as a gift.
September 25, 2019 After lunch on this date, a concerned guardian
waiting at the gate for his child to fetch home, the
two pupils: Nash Satsatin and Aaron Glenn S.
Romero were fighting in front of him so he caught
them and sent them to the office for further
clarification why they were in trouble. They said that
it was just a joke, so I asked them to fill out the
guidance logbook and let their adviser to affix the
signature, but they did not return the logbook to the
office anymore, Mrs Ersando saw the logbook inside
the males’ comfort room and it was dipped into the
pail with full of water so the logbook was wet and
was totally deformed.
October 2, 2019 Mrs. Judith M. Pagud, a Grade Five-Opal adviser
reported her pupil, Franiel P. Esplanada because he
brought with him a cutter knife. When I asked him
what will he do with that cutter knife, he said that
he will use it to hurt his classmate Randy Tolosa that
used to bully him in a sarcastic words.
October 7, 2019 Mrs. Carmelita D. L. Bautista reported her pupil
Dhenniel Josh G. Camacho that he used to commit
the following in class:
We roamed around to seek the unknown
brothers room by room until somebody recalled
the case happened and straightly given the
names of the two brothers. We urgently called
their parents to discuss the case and the
guardian of the two brothers, Mrs. Ana Lily
Tablizo immediately came and cooperated to
settle the case hence the grandmother just
wanted to verify what was happened and not to
be happened again.
I confronted them to ask where was the
logbook, until they both lied that the logbook was
lost. I investigated them in a separate place , until
the one Nash admitted that he was the one who
teared the paper and put it into the pail inside
the comfort room. It was also confirmed by
Aaron Glenn that Nash did it all alone so the
parent of Nash was requested to come to school
and the parent promised to give anew logbook in
replace of the deformed one.
The parent of Franiel, Mr. Francis P. Esplanada
came to clarify the case of his son together with
the guardian of Randy Tolosa, they both made an
assurance that there will be no such hurting
between the pupils in such a way that they will
monitor their children not to commit that serious
case that their son planned…
The guardian of Dhenniel Josh was his
grandmother, we informed them about the case
of Josh, but the grandmother said that there was

We decided to monitor more often the
child to overcome the chaos that he is
experiencing which resulted him become that
 1. telling a lie
2. cheating money from his classmates’ inside their
bags
3. always engaged with a troublesome
4. bullying his classmates
5. stealing “baon” of his classmates inside their bags
6. committed stealing of cash from the classroom’s
tray of the afternoon class, since he was asked to
clean the room before going home and we got
known that he shared the other money to his
classmate and to his older sister/cousin.
October 16, 2019 Mrs. Judith M. Pagud, a Grade Five-Opal again
reported another case from her class advisory that
this John Matthew Rabe committed the following
wrong doings: saying bad words towards his
classmates which is “PI”; hurting them with his
hands. The following classmate that he used to hurt:
1. Andrei B. Manzano; 2. Carl Dave John A.
deQuiroz; 3. Hanz Christian Bacalso; and 5. Switchiro
Carl R. Reyel
October 18, 2019 Mrs. Lenila Leida Pancho mother of Francis
Pancho, a grade four Topaz, under the advisory of
Mrs. Eileen Y. Bellen, That Francis Pancho was
allegedly got in trouble with Radley De Castro and
Eulises Madla outside the school premises, just
behind the gate of the school. The parent were so
worried that they may engaged of misunderstanding
and may turned into a fight with physical

to their father to advise him thoroughly.

come over the school, especially the parent of

October 18, 2019 John Alfie Buenavista was a Grade Three- Topaz,
under the advisory of Mrs. Maria Suzeth Leilani
Fauni reported that he was so talkative, noisy and a
trouble maker inside the classroom so he was sent
outside. This pupil got mad while he was outside the
classroom and he wanted to get inside but he
teacher refused him to take inside, that’s why
according to the adviser, Alfie said that he will broke
their classroom’s windows if he will not be allowed
to get inside. The adviser asked an assistance from
Mr. Cosiangco to take Alfie to the Guidance office.
November 11, 2019 The parents: Mrs. Arlena Caintic and Mrs. Roan
Nucum came to the office and reported the case
happened at the gate of Bankers’ Village last
November 11, 2019(Friday) in dismissal time
already, that their children: 1. Manusz Nucum ; 2.
Adiel Brylle Culvera both Grade Two- Garnet, under
the advisory of Mrs. Cherrylyn Aliasgar, were
encountered a trouble with the gang of the
following: Grade Two: (Emzhay Alimoot, Cj and
Zyton); Grade Three: (Justine Barte); grade Five:
(Jerome Aquino and Ruben Abejo and Jercel); Grade
Seven students: Borg Aquino and TJ.
November 13, 2019 Mr. Paul Francis I. Sidon surrendered the
confiscated heavy toy gun brought by his pupil Karl
Gabriel Saromo inside the classroom, he was
actually a class advisory of Sir Bejay G. Miguel. The
pupil said that it was a property of his father.
November 21, 2019 Mrs. Mary Hope Magbanua, reported her pupil,
Ian Paciona that while she was having a dance

called his parent’s attention to come to school by
using his father’s phone number from his pupil’s
profile.
The two Grade Two pupils had a quarrel
between them, they both reported to their elder
brothers that led into a fight of the group/gang
outside the school premise. The incident was
already recorded to the Barangay office but they
were advised to report here in school since they
were all enrolled here currently in order to
monitor them and to avoid the case to be
happened again.
The mother of Karl, Mrs. Marjolane Bautista
was Invited to come to school to be informed
about the incident, they were both coached and
given an advise that they should monitor her son
and she said that she will return the toy gun to
his husband.
The mother of Shane Kristoff came the
following day report the incident. Shane Kristoff
His father came to the office the next day
because it was happened that he got sick so
he wasn’t able to do his work, he was
informed about the behavior of his son. The
father can’t believe of what his child did. They
were both given an advise that the incident
should not be happened again. The father
promised and signed the letter of promise
that he will talk still with his son at home.
The parents of the pupils were requested
to come to the school Guidance Office to
discuss the case happened, they had
conversations to know the cause of the
trouble, they were all reconciled since they
found out that all pupils involved were all with
young faces, and that the complainant parents
just wanted to inform the parents of the
opponents to be aware of it and not to be
happened again. The complainant parents
accepted the apologies of the parents of the
other party with the letter of acceptance
recorded in Guidance Coaching Log Book
with their signatures indicated.
The toy gun was returned to the mother of
Karl, she promised that it will not be
happened again.
Mrs. Rowena Balce, the mother of Ian
Paciona came to the office again to report
 practice in the conference room, she asked Mrs.
Jesusa Papa to look after her pupils but she(Mrs.
Papa) left for a while, so there was something
happened of the pupils left, they (Ian Paciona and
Shane Kristoff) quarreled and got hurt each other.
November 25, 2019 Ysmael Lawrence A. Manuel, a Grade VI- Peridot,
under the advisory of Mrs. Mylene De Vera, was
reported by the guard on duty that he made a
trouble with a Grade V- Pearl pupil Dustine Klein L.
Quijano under the advisory of Mr. Mario R. Alar,
Dustine got a nosebleed due to Ysmael hit him
using his knee towards of Dustine’s nose.
November 28, 2020 The subject teacher in TLE Mrs. Leila C. Sasi in
Grade VI-Emerald reported the case of Raniel P.
Azores who took the tablet gadget of his classmate
Tadeo without any permission inside the bag of their
classroom adviser: Mrs. Juanita R. Ersando, and that
one of his classmate Lorraine saw him and reported
to the teachers concerned.
February 4, 2020 Upon entering the school gate, Mr. Brigido F.
Andal Jr. approached me to report the case
happened inside the classroom of Mrs. Elma Sunico,

Manoy; and Ian Adrian Neri. Mam Sunico was going

presence of his mother and teachers then he
asked for an apology of what he did was wrong.
The parents/guardians of the pupils were
informed to come to school for some
clarifications of the case to settle it. The
grandmother of Emmanuel, Mrs. Nieves C. Buga
immediately came to the guidance office to talk
about it, she made a promise to cooperate in
settling it by affixing her signature and contact
number in the coaching logbook;
that the both pupils already reconciled and
promised that her son will not do anything
wrong to Shane Kristoff anymore nor anyone
else.
Their both parents: Mrs. Connie T. Agag,
mother of Ysmael Lawrence and Mrs. Leslie
Layug, mother of Dustine Klein L. Quijano,
they were both single mothers were called
immediately to discuss the incident. Both
parent were given an advise that if the
incident will be happened again, they will be
given a sanction of community service and will
undergo a series of advises and counselling as
it was stated in our school manual. With that
discussion, both parties decided to reconcile
and they don’t want it to be happened again.
The case was recorded in the coaching
logbook with the signature of
acknowledgement of the guardian and
teachers concerned.
On the next day, the mother of Ian Adrian
came and had a conversation with the school
Principal and also to Sir Andal, she promised
to donate a new TV monitor with 36 inches
wide so it was still under negotiation hence
the deformed TV monitor that need to be
replaced was at about 50 inches wide.

thrown to the TV monitor…
February 15, 2020 The parent Mrs. Connie T. Agag, mother of
Ysmael Lawrence A. Manuel, a grade VI-Peridot
under the advisory of Mrs. Mylene De Vera in the
afternoon, reported that Mrs. Agag’s son was
encountered Mauling incident that happened at
about 6:00 in the evening of February 14, 2020 on
the second floor of grade six building; the adviser
accompanied the victim to go home and report the
incident to the parent.
