and scheduling of various water pipe line works and Maintenance and operational jobs

 Carried out the erection & alignment of Draft tube liners, Spiral casing and Pit liner.
 Carried out Erection, testing & commissioning of Reversible vertical Francis turbine
(ANDRITZ made, Austria) and its auxiliaries. (3x4MWx225Cusec, 3x12MWx750Cusec &
5x30MWx800Cusec)
 Carried out Erection of
3 x 4MW, 3x12MW & 5x30MW Synchronous Motors (ABB made, Finland) and
its auxiliaries.
 Carried out the Erection and testing of various centrifugal pumps, vertical turbine pumps
for Cooling water system & Dewatering system and its Maintenance. Having 22KW, 55KW
and 110KW capacity Motors.
 Having experience in Fabrication of M.S Pipes (3mØ, 2.8mØ 2mØ) and Reducers, Draft
tube liners, Draft tube Elbows & Vertical intake gates, Roof Truss & Gantry Girders.
 Possess experience in Erection & Testing of Vertical Gates, and its Hoist Crane
Mechanism.
 Erection and Load testing of EOT Crane & Gantry Crane
 Possess experience in electrically controlled hydraulic operations. (BFV & OPU panels).
 Responsible for material handling & manpower planning.
 Carried out the Erection & testing of Fire fighting system, Emulsification system to the
15/20 MVA Transformers, fire alarm system and total system in to the Plant.
 Possess the experience in fabrication and erection of Roof trusses (20m Span) as per
approved drawings.
 Possess interpersonal skills to co-ordinate with other section heads in smooth operation
of system.
 Explaining the work details to foremen and Technicians to do the work
 Detailing of safety issues to field people
 Reviewing of applicable documents like Drawings, Quality Assurance Plans,
Measurement Plans and test Reports..
 Preparations of test protocols and follow up of third party quality controls.
 Documentation of various test reports
