SWORN STATEMENT OF ZENAIDA RUBAYA

I, ZENAIDA RUBAYA, of lega age, Filipino, married , with residence address at Brgy. Looc
Cardona,Rizal, on oath, deposes and says that :

1. I am the mother of Mary Precious Rubaya-Shorter who is a permanent resident of

Friesenweg 1153117 Bonn Germany;

2. She left her daughter, Fiona Azareth Pinon, in my care and custody for more than four
years ;

3. To provide and support the needs of her daughter, such as her food and education,
Mary Precious Rubaya- Shorter has been sending money to the Philippines to cover-
up these expenses;

4. In addition, I am not employed and dependent to my daughter ( Mary Precious

Rubaya-Shorter) for support and to finance all of our day-to-day expenses;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for whatever
purpose this may serve.
