Technical Consultant
As a Consultant with Design Engineering experience my Job is to study
different Business models and Industrial processes and provide Technical
Assistance to amplify the work process, designing Electrical, Electronic and
some Mechanical systems. Other than designing we provide maintenance
and troubleshooting services to industrial grade systems as well as transfer
of technology services.
We have worked on following systems for different clients.
• Techno-Kiosk – We designed customized multipurpose kiosk with
Touch Interface and software for different clients.
• Smart Automation Systems – We designed small automation and
feedback systems including BMS, IOT devices.
• Reverse Engineering – Reproducing or retrofitting of new
electronic circuits which requires circuit and PCB designing.
• Maintenance Tasks – We have troubleshooted and debugged
several machineries from different industries i.e. (Metal Detectors
Systems, Controller Based Systems)
• Wireless Energy Monitoring System – Smart Load calculation
system for industrial and home use to monitor daily power
consumption through IOT based system.
• Techno-Food Server – An autonomous Line Following Robot
Based Food Serving System.

b) Strategic Systems Trading and IR Applications – STIRA, Jeddah Saudi Arabia
(August 2015 – April 2018) as Hardware Design Engineer.
We were hired by Pioneers Technical Factory as an Electronic Engineer,
based on our aptitude we were shifted to government defense projects
dealing with Saudi Military. As a part of R&D team, we were trained to
design defense projects and application solutions.
• Major part of the First Mega Defense Project of the Company, Armored
Vehicle Vision System. Completed the Project Successfully
• Our team designed Saudi Arabia's first Media Processor Board with
T.I DM8148.
• Designed Saudi’s first Flex Rigid PCB for Military System.
• New Product Introduction (NPI). To provide rapid R&D, Prototyping
and Production Planning Services - on time, on budget, with the highest
level of quality to minimize our Customers' time to market and ensure
reliable future production.
• Dealing with all the international vendors for Military or Industrial Grade
Systems and Devices Purchasing and equipment testing.
• Reverse engineering of old systems.
• Designing PCB modules handling Power signals, High speed Signals,
Differential signal as well as Low – Voltage Differential Signal. I have been
dealing with all sort of SMD packages (SSOP, SOP, TSOP, QFP, QFN,
BGA etc.). Skilled with soldering on SMD Packages.
• DC-DC Power supplies with ground separation and smart switching
for 28-33VDC 10A.
• Designed Serializer and De serializer Buffer boards and Interface
boards for the Serial out, Digital Video Out and Power Supply for cameras
Surveillance Cameras. Video Protocol converters LVDS to HDMI converter.
• Serial Converters having RS232, RS422, RS485, USB and CAN protocols
for Sensors Instrumentation and Integration.
• PIC Micro Controller Boards based on 16F,24F and 32F.DC Modules
(Motor Drivers, Sensor Modules, Switching Circuits, Controller Boards).
• PLC Interfacing and Programming (Ladder Logic)
• Designed wiring for Industrial and Military standard machines even for
rugged environments complying with MIL-STDs such as MIL-STD-810G,
MIL-DTL-5015, MIL-DTL-24308, MIL-DTL-26482, MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-
DTL-83513, MIL-DTL-83723, MIL-PRF-39012, MIL-PRF-55339. Designs
keeping in mind EMI and ESI interferences to secure electrical lines inside.
• Worked on military and industrial standard connectors dealing with
high power lines and high-speed data signals such as (GIG Ethernet). For
different environment conditions and different application scenarios.
• In-charge of the Assembly lab, supervising the technicians. Resource
handling and keeping it up to date was one of the major tasks.
