Your Personal and Professional Development Plan (PPDP) should be a constantly evolving document.

As you advance, it is suggested that you document important moments in your transformational journey
and record important assessments, achievements, and goals you have met​.​ ​ ​The repetitive process of
revision, reflection, and modifying is precisely what makes your PPDP a constantly evolving document.

In your PPDP, you will address questions like:

● What am I learning in this course that is helping me verbalize what I realize I should already
know?
● What managerial and cognitive differences has this course revealed?
● How has this helped me outline new goals?
● How will I integrate the content of this course with the professional aspect of my PPDP?
