1.1.4 50mm UPP Coupling nr(s) 5.00 installed
1.1.5 50mm UPP Male Adaptor nr(s) 5.00 installed

Note:
1. Work started around 10:00 pm dated March 19, 2018
2. Prepartion done while the tank with product residue been cleaned
3. Removal of existing upp connection on vent line done estimated time of work 1.5 hours all 5 tanks
4. Assemble of new connection on vent line with union fittings inserted estimated time of work 2 hrs.
5. Clearing and cleaning of work area done , work finised estimated time 3:00 am dated March 20, 2018
