SUMMARY: NORDCO has expanded its partnership agreement with Ballast

Tools, Inc. (BTI) to market selected replacement wear parts for
NORDCO ballast regulators to the railroad industry.

OPERATIONAL IMPACT: Wear parts will be available from both BTI and NORDCO for the
same price and with the same quality.

ACTION: See listing of parts available for NORDCO Ballast Regulators on

the following page.

NORDCO also stocks BTI Nipper Hooks, p/n 44044340, for

NORDCO Spike Drivers and Tie Clamp Jaws, p/n 46670021, for
the NORDCO TRIPP Tie Inserter/Extractor.
