Earvin and Alpha Shane Wedding

Introduction:

A pleasant afternoon to everyone. Today calls for a day of celebration. I am extremely

delighted that all you are here to celebrate this important milestone in Earvin and Alpha
Shane lives which .is the sacrament of matrimony. And I welcome you here in Calimlim
Complex (VIP Lounge Upstairs) Poblacion, Mapandan, Pangasinan, for the early dinner
wedding reception.

We are done with solemn part of the celebration and we thank those people who were
with us earlier at Saint Hyacinth Parish at San Jacinto, Pangasinan for the wedding
ceremony. And for those who just join us in, Welcome! I am Mark Garcia, for the most
exciting part the early Dinner reception for our newlyweds in celebration of the beginning
of their new life together.

We thank you for gracing this joyful occasion especially to those who took a leave of
absence from work and to those who traveled miles just to be with us. In behalf of Earvin
and Alpha Shane and their parents (Bride Side-Nerona Family and Groom Side – Sison
Family), we would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for your presence at this
memorable occasion. It is indeed a pleasure to have you all this evening.

It is with distinct pleasure as I present to you for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Ervin and
Alpha Shane Sison as husband and wife. Let’s give them a warm round of applause.

God is love and in some mysterious ways drawn two people together in love. Today,
love has triumph and has manifested in the lives of Earvin and Alpha Shane. Today, we
have witnessed the promise sanctified and blessed by the mighty source of love – Jesus
Christ.

First Wedding Dance

Today is indeed a special day and will forever be etched in the memory of our beloved
couple. For this afternoon marks the beginning of their new life together. From this day
forward they shall be one and on this joyful beginning of their life together. From this day
forward, they shall be one, and on this joyful beginning what could be more fitting than to
celebrate it with their first dance. The first dance is the symbolic of the consummation of
their wedding vows. This dance is the wedding couples' first cooperative engagement and
joint endeavor. Ladies and gentlemen, it is once again my privilege to present to you Mr.
and Mrs. Ervin and Alpha Shane Sison with their First Dance,

CHAMPAGNE TOAST/Wine
Emcee: A celebration is never complete without a toast and bottle of good wine. Let us now
bring out the good wine and pour them to our glasses. Please welcome, the best man,

BESTMAN: Ladies and gentlemen, it takes a strong and intelligent man to realize his
dreams and achieve his goals in life and love. A man that is not afraid to live life to it’s
fullest and embraces what is truly important. I'm here to talk about ERVIN and ALPHA
SHANE two people who have come together today to form a union that will surely last
forever.

The wine that the couple is about to share is a representation of life's adversities. Life
indeed is not a bed of roses, as ERVIN and ALPHA SHANE drink the wine, they affirm their
pledge of loyalty and fidelity even in the most trying times of their married life. Let us pray
that during these moments, they will cling to no one but to the Lord, the very foundation
of their love.)

May I request EARVIN and ALPHA SHANE to prepare for the cake ceremony. The
cake, which has been a part of wedding celebrations since the Roman times, it is a symbol
of good luck and fertility. The sharing of this food symbolizes the couple’s willingness to
fulfill each other’s needs, creating a bond so simple and yet so strong.
Let us pray that ERVIN and ALPHA SHANE will continue to share the sweetness of love,
that they will continue to live together with their hearts pure of joy in serving the Lord as
husband and wife and as a family.

When butterflies are chosen as wedding theme it means that the happy couple wants
to express their new life together in a very visual way. And because the butterfly symbolizes
a move from one way of life to another, an actual butterfly release is a great way for a couple
to celebrate the reality that their separate lives are now going to be joined so they can live
together as one.
The butterfly is a distinct insect that has a few other meanings attached to it that
can bring even more substance to a wedding

Grace Before Meals

I guess the food is now ready and dinner will start shortly.
As we partake the bounties ERVIN and ALPHA SHANE have prepared for us, let us
invoke the presence of the Lord and thank HIM once more for His constant provision.
Requesting to stand for the grace before meals.
Let us bow our heads and put ourselves in the presence of God.

Heavenly Father,
Our father, love has been Your richest and greatest gift to the world. Love between a man
and woman, which mature into marriage, is one of Your most beautiful types of loves. Lord
God, we thank you for the union of hearts of our dear Ervin and Alpha Shane. On this special
day, their wedding day heaven sings in triumph. For a new love shall unveil the glory of your
name. We sincerely pray that you bless this couple with a love shall unveil the glory of your
name. We sincerely pray that you bless this couple with a love to last forever. In sickness
and in health may they find your strength. In doubts and troubles may they see your light.
In hurts and failures may they find your pardon. In loneliness and desperation may find your
joy. Also we pray, that you bless them with a family so blissful, prosperous and ever healthy.

MONEY DANCE
We have a lot of surprise for you. Money dance has been a traditional wedding
practice among Filipinos.
Traditionally, men line up in front of the bride and pin money to her dress or veil,
then dance with her. The same sequence occurs with the groom, women line up in front of
him and pin money to his clothing. Money pinned or taped onto the new married coule’s
garments represents za wish that good fortune be “rained” upon them, and is also a means
of helping the couple financially as they begin their life together.

END OF THE PROGRAM

The day and this celebration have just come to an end but for our newlyweds, it is just a
start of their new life together as husband and wife. As we go home, may this day be
memorable for all of us as it to them. To personally, convey their heartfelt gratitude let us
now lend our ears to Ervin and Alpha Shane.
