 he encounters a lion and this is when he discovers his powers
 humble and modest; ruled the Israelites for 20 years
 did many things to disobey the laws but he knew his mistakes and repented
 Courage is everything and that they should learn from their mistakes.

A Good Leader knows how to learn from his mistakes: King Saul
 ability to learn from their mistakes
 leaders that have the capacity to learn from their mistakes because this will make them more
responsible and independent, thus making them better leaders

Elijah: A Man of Actions

 challenges them through a test of powers between Baal and God

 “ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS”
 One does not need to be good with words if his actions are good since words may be false while
actions are concrete proof
