categories of employees. This report analyzes how productivity and Quality to be

points out the drawback or factors of de-motivation and recommendations to reduce de-
motivation among workers.
SQUARE Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a very first growing Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in
Bangladesh and in sales volume is scored 1 st position since 1985. But for facing incoming
GATT and in export market for price competition cost cut down is essential by
developing the skillness of human resources through their active participation and as well
as automation in machinery.
Productivity with quality is contingent on an employee's motivation. The best trained
employee one who not only has the ability but has access to the most advanced piece of
equipment will not be productive if he or she is unwilling to be so. Attitude plays an
important role as to whether an individual has the propensity to work. Accordingly, to
increase productivity as well as quality we must in part change and employee's attitude or
in academic terms increase his or her morale.
Data are collected from the targeted group in a purposive sampling system. The target
groups are selected as the managers, executives, sr. executives in a single questionnaire
and machine operators are selected in a separate questionnaire.

The company is manufacturing Pharmaceutical products by huge man-power
involvement so their active participation is to be ensured by holding their emotion,
attitude in a positive manner and must have to minimize any kind of de-motivation for
improvement. For further improvement and to retain 1 sl position nationally and to
existence & increase the export volume modern technology is to be adopted through
automation. This report describes the probable controlling measures of Human
Resources.
Every single step is described in such a manner that it will be easily understood and
decision for better implementation of ideal way, technique and tools & diagnosis and
identification of problems and giving fruitful solutions will be easier.
Finally, some recommendations are suggested regarding maximum utilization
of production facilities to increase productivity, increase product quality
through improvement of management system, human resource, processes, and
working environment.
