(PRE-ASSEMBLE PREPARATION)

TRANSPORTING FROM AREA TO AREA

USE OF SCAFFOLDING AS WORKING FLATFORM
1. Scaffold erection 1.1 Unsafe scaffolding 1.1.1 Scaffold must be erect as per standard/ client
requirements
1.1.2 Scaffolding Foreman must prepare a STARRT Form
before the erection start

1.2 Hazard to fall 1.2.1 All Scaffolders should wear full body harness
equipped with two (2) LANYARD (inspected and approved
“color coded”)

2. Rebar fixing at heights 2.1 Hazard to fall due to open planks between 2.1.1 Wear full body harness (properly)
rebar and scaffold planks 2.1.2 Make sure that scaffold is safe to use and inspected
2.1.3 100% hooking is necessary
Note:
All designed erected scaffoldings are in yellow tag
which requires wearing full body harness.
