BASIC JOB STEPS POTENTIAL HAZARDS RECOMMENDATIONS
A. PREPARATION / INSPECTIONS PROVIDE / ACQUIRE APPROVED METHOD
STATEMENT AND APPROVED JAB SAFETY ANALYSIS

B. AREA PREPARATION

B. PREPARATION AT POURING AREA
