study in our school. We are currently studying the Significance of Four Fundamental Operations
in Solving Mathematical Word Problems of Grade 7 Students in Duquit High School S.Y. 2019-
2020, as a partial fulfillment of the requirement in the English 10 subject.

If request is granted, the study should take no longer than Twenty (20) minutes to be done on
February 10 onwards. The date/results of this study will remain absolutely confidential and will
be used on educational purposes only.
