Year 1/2 Weekly Update

Unit of Inquiry-Last week gave us a great chance to apply what we have been learning
about transportation! Our biggest trip, to Kotor, was very helpful in starting a conversation
about how transportation has developed in our community. This led to an imaginative project
where we created our own community and a transportation system for it. We made a model and
named it Togobushi! We also began considering how transportation has changed over time and
how it might change in the future! We continue this line of inquiry this week. It will be a
perfect tie in for our next unit about forces and energy and inventions!

Transdisciplinary Theme- How We Organize Ourselves
