We respectfully offer to your good company a vacant lot for lease that can be utilized as
restaurant premises for your Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) franchise. The lot is located
at Poblacion, Iba, Zambales and has a total area of Seven Hundred Fifty Three (753)
square meters. We are the absolute owners of the subject lot and have a new valid title
over the same.

The subject vacant lot is located along the busy National Highway and within the vicinity
of a state university, public schools (high school & elementary), government offices and
commercial establishments. There is heavy flow of traffic of private & public utility
vehicles in the area and it will be a very good location for your chicken restaurant
business as there are many potential customers in the area. We have no existing KFC
restaurant in our municipality and the nearest one is in Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ).
Attached herewith is the Lot Title, Vicinity Map/Sketch Plan and a proposed Site
Development Plan of the subject property for your reference.

The property is available for your inspection anytime at your convenience. If acceptable
to you, we shall undertake to remove the remaining abandoned improvements and clear
the property of vegetation.

Our other available property, with an area of 748 square meters, is located at Poblacion
Zone 5, Iba, Zambales, and likewise situated along the National Highway. It is within a
vicinity of residential areas and a private school, and a close proximity to the Mayor’s
office and commercial establishments. The property is already concreted as it serves as a
temporary playground in the area.
