Subject : REQUEST TO HOLD PICE WEEK CELEBRATION 2020

I - The PICE Week Celebration is an annual gathering of civil engineering students

studying in the Rinconada Area. This year, it is the turn of University of Saint Anthony to
host this event at March 11 & 12, 2020.

II - The following activities for the PICE Week Celebration are as follows:

IV - May we therefore respectfully request to allow us to hold the said activities on the
specified time and venue with the facilities needed.

a. MIS Technical Personnel for the tabulation of scores during the Pageant on
March 11, 2020 and AVPs. (Dinner and snacks will be served)
b. UDT for intermission number on March 11 and 12, 2020. (Snacks will be served)
