taking up Bachelor of Science in Architecture, will be having a research and case study in partial
fulfillment under the subject of Architectural Design 9 (ARDS-515).
In relation to this, may I hereby request for permission to conduct a research and gather relevant
data and documents pertaining to my thesis proposal entitled “A Proposed Information Technology
Hub” which would be situated within the premises of Sta. Rosa Laguna City.
To be specific, I would like to inquire about the information needed by my proposal:

I, Ailene T. Dumapit, a 5fth year student of Bataan Peninsula State University will be
conducting a proposal to the financial support of my project which is “A Proposed Information
Technology Hub” for its structure and equipment’s. The purpose of the project is to expand the
employment opportunities and to attract more investors in the city. It is also designed to refine the skill
and talent of the people to become an effective and competent worker.
The Proposed Information Technology Hub will provide resources, infrastructures and other
incentives to encourage the development of IT related business. It will also serves as location for
business locators engaged in various technology relatives to transmitting information which include
computing, multimedia, telecommunications, microelectronics and other independencies. Usually the
focused of this business are the Call centers, Outsourcing, Software Development, Data Processing and
other related services.
It will be a wise decision to invest in my proposal. In addition, there is an assurance that your
investment will yield a lot at a period when this project returns its cost and gain profit. This contract is for
research thesis purpose only as to make it feasible. It would be a privilege if you accredit this proposal
