EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Nails and Tails is a business under Venus Lustro Partnership. It is service type of business
located at Karuhatan, Valenzuela City. This is a unique business who wish to offer our
clients a combined services of a salon and a pet grooming shop. Investing in this business
will really make a profit for it is the first kind of business who affords to offer both services
for owners and it's pets. In real life scenario, some get their hair done at one place, they get
their nails satisfaction at a different place and the grooming services of their pet at another
place so Nails and Tails will offer the clients the satisfaction, convenience and quality of
those services at one place. This factor is considered to have a big impact on the
profitability of the business.

Our services includes services for owners , pets and for the both of them. Stunning Deals
are salon services which includes hair services, nails services, spa services and combo
services. On the other hand, there are separate grooming services offered to pets such as
bath and blow dry, teeth brushing, hair trimming and nail trimming which are called
Wagging Deals . What's most unique is the Twinning Deals which are composed of
combined services for pets and owners called Furfect, Furtastic and Furry Fiesta.

Across the Philippines, pet care services has a rapid growth over the last few years. Our
market research has shown that ----% of the population have pets and ---% of those are
availing pet grooming service. However, ---% would still consider having a pet in the near
future. It is good to know that there are ---% of population who are so much willing to go
in this kind of business by considering the convenience, quality, pet-friedly ambiance and
the price.

While there there are other businesses who offer the salon and grooming services
separately, Nails and Tails had the courage to offer both in one place. It is a business that
will always emphasize how important building a good relationship with pets is, the
importance of considering the behavior of pets, and the relevance of maintaining your
attributes and your pets best being. To market this business strategically, all service will be
of high quality by having a beauty care and animal care certified staff. All employees will
be just compensated and bonded as intended. On the other hand, advertising activities will
run atleast every month but this business considers the word of mouth and the power of a
skilled hand as the best advertising tool.

Based on our market and our defined market area, we are seeking an operating and a project
cost of P---- to finance our first year growth. Together, the partners have invested P450,000
to P500,000 to meet working capital requirements. Based on the financial projections,
considering all assumptions and strategies are achieved, a profit will be earned in the first
year of business amounting to P----.
