Terms and Conditions:

1. All features and information related to TimePay® application is exclusively limited to TimePay users.
2. We ensure privacy of all data uploaded on the application and are not shared with any third-party.
3. In some features there are exclusive rights to members and managing committee, we ensure data privacy to all users.
4. Any hardware integration is not include in basic Society Plan. Members will have to subscribe separately for those features .
5. Before finalizing, we will share all commercial details with consensus of all stakeholders.
6. TimePay does not charge any other fees apart from what will be given officially to the committee.
7. Transaction fees such as Payment Gateway and banking charges are not included in the subscription cost.
8. Cost for premium services will be shared on demand basis.
9. This document is informative in nature and shall not be considered as legal document.
