AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

We, Analyn Santos, widow; and John Santos, single, all of legal age, Filipino and residents of Cebu
City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. We are the heirs of Juan Santos who died intestate on March 24, 2017 in Cebu City;

2. That we are the vendors of a parcel of land located at San Antonio Sogod, Cebu with an area
of THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND EIGHTY (31,080) square meters, more or less, covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 431111 sold to Sps. Daniel and Kathryn Bernardo;

3. That aside from the abovementioned property, he also owns the following landholdings, all
which are conjugal properties:

4. That aside from the above-mentioned parcels of land, the late Juan Santos do not own any
agricultural land in Sogod, Cebu and Cebu Province or anywhere in the Philippines;

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal intents and purposes it may serve.
