AFFIDAVIT OF HIRED FARM WORKER

That I, ANTONIO M. RAMOS of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

Brgy. Culdit, Asingan, Pangasinan after having been duly sworn to in
according with law hereby depose and say;

That I was hired as a farm worker in the landholding of THELMA

ALAVARADO of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Culdit, Asingan,
Pangasinan, covered by TCT No. ______of the Register of Deeds of
Pangasinan;

That the tenure of my position as a hired farm worker is good for two
(2) years only from this year 2019 of March until the year of 2021 of
March and this contract is renewable upon the agreement of the owner and
I;

That I am willing to concede said landholding without any

compensation about my position in case the landholding will be sold;

That my compensation for my services will be Ten Thousand Pesos

(P10,000.00) every cropping.
