PayPal is available in most countries, however not all countries

can accept payments through PayPal.

For example, PayPal works in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine,
Belarus, Egypt etc, but residents of these countries will not be
able to receive a payment to their PayPal account (until this
restriction is lifted by PayPal).

Important!
If you decide to use PayPal as a withdrawal option for the first
time, it is obligatory to make sure withdrawals from PayPal
are available in your country and familiarize yourself with the
rules and conditions.
Withdrawal fee of 2% will be deducted by the company before the
payment is made.
IMPORTANT: Starting July 26, 2019 2% fee will not be applied to
PayPal withdrawals.
In order to receive payments to PayPal you have to make sure your
PayPal account is verified.
The rules of adding bank card/account to your PayPal depend on your
country. You have to check with PayPal how to withdraw money from their
balance in your country before setting up PayPal account.
It is advisable to set your balance currency to USD to avoid conversion fee.
If you withdraw the money to the card set for local currency, be ready to
face additional charges for currency conversion. We highly recommend
you to check with your bank conditions for transfers in USD.
Note that additional fees may be applied by your bank for withdrawal
from your PayPal account to your card/bank account.

Do not forget to choose

PayPal as your primary
payment option.
If you decide to work with PayPal, you have to be aware of
possible issues. Your payments can be “Unclaimed” or
“Denied”.

If the payment is "Unclaimed", it means PayPal account is not fully

verified. You still have 30 days to verify your account before the
payment is “Denied”.
You should receive an email with a link to claim your money. If you
have troubles verifying your account or claiming your payment,
contact PayPal support for clarifications.
Sometimes such issue occurs when PayPal email you have provided
us with contains spelling errors. In such cases, the payment will have
to be canceled and withdrawn again during the subsequent payout
period.
If the payment is “Denied”, it means that we have processed the
withdrawal, but due to some issues it was declined by PayPal.
The most common error codes are:
● 3015 - Receiver's account is locked or inactive.
● 3148 - Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a
PayPal zero country.
● 8330 - Receiving limit exceeded.
● 9302 - Transaction was declined.
In case any of the errors occur, the status of the withdrawal will
change to “Canceled” and the money will be transferred back to
your available balance with Livingston Research.
You are advised to fix the issue with your PayPal account
before attempting another withdrawal to the same PayPal account
or use alternative payment option.
