Job description: Currently working on-site on an E-governance project (I3 project) for the government of Goa.
My Job Responsibilities include,
• Conducting sessions with clients and domain experts for software requirements
gathering, requirement analysis, business analysis, Process flow analysis, Data
flow analysis.
• Preparing technical documents like Software Requirements and Specification (SRS),
High Level Design (HLD), Detailed Level Design (DLD), test cases.
• Guiding software development team based at offshore software development center
to develop the software application.
• Deploying newly developed software applications on demo server and testing it's
functionality to ensure that it meets all the requirements of the clients.
• Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and collecting feedback
from clients.
• Deploying applications in production environment after successful testing.
• Executing necessary database scripts that are required by software applications, on
database servers like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL server 2005.

Project Details:
 Project name: Developing Integrated Information Infrastructure (I3) for the government of Goa.
Project Description: The main objective of the project was to design a mechanism to deliver all
Government to Citizen services (G2C services), Government to Business services (G2B services) and some
Business to consumer (B2C) over the Internet and through Citizen Service Centers (CSC's) that were
established by our company (I3 implementing agency) all over Goa. In order to achieve this objective we
have developed a portal (official portal of the government of Goa) that is accessible over the Internet and a
CSC application that will be accessible over an Intranet that will be established all over Goa connecting all
CSC's.

I have played a crucial role in developing the following modules by doing relevant activities mentioned above
in my job responsibilities,
1 - online payment of Value added tax (VAT)
2 - online payment of Central Sales Tax (CST)
3 - Integrating SBI net-banking portal with the official portal of the Government of Goa and the CSC
application
4 - Automatic system for reconciling reports of online transaction payment.
