The curriculum has just the right mix of science, math, dramatics, computers, clay-
modeling, painting and structuring blocks. This enhances imagination, creativity, motor
skills and social interactions, and lets the child explore and learn.

Programmes:

The programme objective is to promote and motivate self expression, exploration and
experimentation to blossom child’s innate talent. The play equipments and learning
aids are specially designed to accelerate the development process. In order to cater and
promote the harmonious learning experience, the programme is complicated with age
appropriate developments.
  Playgroup – Age – 2 yrs to 3 yrs
  Nursery – Age – 3 yrs to 4 yrs
  Jr. KG – Age – 4 yrs to 5 yrs
 Sr. KG – Age – 5 yrs to 6 yrs

The unique programmes are disseminated by the trained facilitators. The facilitators, at I
Play I Learn are researchers, tutors, guides and mentors to our little ones who are all set
to explore the colourful and interesting environment. They lead them towards enriching
experiences and often follow the inquisitive minds in their quest for knowledge
reasoning, creative thinking and self exploration.

I Play I Learn Pre-School Timings

Play Group- 2 & ½ hour session per day – Can run two bathes

Nursery- 2 & ½ hour session per day – Can run two batches

L.kg / U.kg runs for 3 hrs and 30 minutes for day & only 1 batch.

Procedure to to Start I Play I Learn Pre-School:

You will bring in four things -

1. Residential Property: Rented or self owned property ( 1500 to 2000 sq.ft -

3 /4 BHK)
2. Investment Capacity: Required investment to set-up Pre-School (Rs. 5 to
6 lakhs depending upon city)
3. Local Man Power: Hire local teachers whom we will train as per I Play I
Learn requirements and international standards.
4. Ability to conduct result oriented and achievable local activities in the
society to drive enrollment in the centre.

Property requirement:
1. Built-up

Property requirement:

Built-up area 1500 to 2000 sq.ft area; 3 / 4 BHK, Outdoor area required – 1000
sq.ft area; The property must be located on ground floor in a good residential
area with high density population, accessible to high income group of the town /
city.

As per International Std each child needs 10 sq. ft. area. The number of children
in each class room shall depend upon the size of class room. (Example - 170
sq.ft carpet area will accommodate only 17 children to avoid over-crowdedness).
The maximum no of kids in a class-room, shall not be more than 20 kids. The
number of admissions in the Pre-School shall largely depend on the size of the
property and number of class-rooms. The property and location need to be
approved by I Play I Learn Zonal team before sign-up of franchise.

Facilitators/ Teachers:

The Facilitators/teachers need to be hired locally who will be trained on an

ongoing basis (2 times in a year and every year) as per international standard
curriculum. The teacher child ratio shall be 1:8. A class-room of 16 kids will have
2 teachers and 1 maid. In a class-room the head teacher shall be experienced
and qualified and will be supported with assistant teacher. The first training shall
be conducted at Bangalore and the rest at the nearest location.
Interior Decoration/Design:

The franchisee will independently carry-out interior decoration as per our Design
Manual at actual cost. The interior décor shall consist of Vinyl flooring, painting,
sign-board, pin-up boards, special furniture, safety measures, etc

Good time to start I Play I Learn Pre-School:

The academic year runs from June to March for which admissions begin as early
as March / April. The Franchisee must procure property by Jan-May and will
need 45 days to set-up the school (interior décor + furniture + procurement of
toys).The franchise will have an option to start the school Mid-term that is
October/November, provided the school is absolutely ready to start. The school
must be launched after all interior décor is completed. The month of March is
meant for launching the school and carrying-out good publicity campaign to
generate admission enquiries. The months of April / May are meant for
generating additional income by running Summer Camp (Curriculum + Training
will be separately provided) for an age group of 3 yrs to 12 yr old children. The
Summer Camp is approximately 1 month program for 3 hours daily – 5 days a
week. This popular program creates good awareness / publicity and generates
additional income.

Availability of Franchise

The franchise is available on first-come-first- basis and availability of suitable

property to run the Pre-School.

Franchise Contract Duration:

The franchise agreement will be signed initially for 5 years and is renewable by
mutual consent every 5 years by paying the franchise fees.
