A professional Body is an organization with individual members practicing a
profession or occupation in which the organization maintains an oversight of the
knowledge, skills, conduct and practice of that profession or occupation.
Personal manager is a person who is in charge of the department that deals
with the employment, training, support, records, etc. of a company's employees. The
function of a personnel manager usually begins with the staffing process.
Personal Manager advises and counsels talent and personalities in the
entertainment industry. Personal Manager has the expertise to find and develop new
talent and create opportunities for those artists which they represent. Personal
Manager is also responsible to represent the company and communicate
management policies which affect the people in the organization. This role is best-
suited to him because he has a better overall picture of the company's operations.
Personal manager organizes membership activities, developments, and relations
for a membership organization or association. Updates and distributes information to
current members as well as prospective members. Manages a membership database.
Oversees membership customer service process or system to ensure members are
satisfied. Personal managers oversee the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate
new employees and ensure that a company or department is on track to meet its
financial goals. Personal Managers assess the performance of the department or
company against the business's goals and plans. Personal managers plan, direct, and
coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee the recruiting,
interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning;

A web developer is a programmer who specializes in, or is specifically engaged
in, the development of World Wide Web applications using a client–server model. The
role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function
and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that
feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Web developers are responsible for how a website looks. They create the site's
layout and integrate graphics, applications and other content. They also write web
design programs in a variety of computer languages, such as HTML or JavaScript.

company having their own code of conduct that employees need to follow. A code of
conduct is created by the employer to let their staff members know what is expected of
them in terms of behavior in the workplace. A code of conduct states the rules, values,
ethical principles and vision for your business. Having a code of conduct in your
workplace provides staff with clear standards and expectations of how to do their job.
Your code of conduct should be followed whenever employees are working for or
representing your business. The Code of Conduct sets the standard of conduct
expected of healthcare support workers and adult social care workers. It outlines the
behavior and attitudes that you should expect to experience from those workers signed
up to the code. It helps them to provide safe, guaranteed care and support.
The most common sections to include in a code of conduct are: ethical principles
- includes workplace behavior and respect for all people. The Citizen Group Code of
