CONTINOUS IMPROMENT PROGRAM DIVISION ROLLOUT

1. As one of the major strategies of the Division to improve its service delivery through Continuous
Improvement Program and harmonize CI Methodology with the School Improvement Plan (SIP), this Office
shall conduct the Division Roll-Out on Continuous Improvement Program on August 29, 2017 (Tuesday,
7:00am) September 1, 2017 (Friday, 5:00pm) at Island Cove Hotel and Leisure Park, Kawit, Cavite.

2. The orientation-workshop aims to achieve the following objectives:

a. Provide participants with basic understanding of Cl;

b. Develop participants' technical skills in conceptualizing Cl project; and
c. Produce Cl members who can apply Cl methodology in school/SDO projects.

3. Participants to this activity are CIP teams of SDO and selected schools (Please see attached for
complete names of the participants).

4. There will be a registration fee of Php 4,600 to be collected from each participant to cover expenses for fopd
and accommodation charged against the School MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing rus. It is
requested to pay the said amount on or before August 25, 2017 at the SDO Cashier's Office,

5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is sincerely desired.
