Narrative Report on Work Immersion

I. DATE :February 10-21,2020

II. VENUE :Daram 1 Central Elementary School
III. OBJECTIVES :1.)To be able to develop our skills and
Knowledge and to practice for experience.
2.)For us to hone more our personality for a
better future.
3.)To be able to know what course and job should
we choose that fits on our skills and
abilities.

IV.INSIGHTS GAIN:
 Having an experienced in Work Immersion is the best practiced
for us to be trained. Somehow it also lead us on how to be a
better and valuable person in the community. Determination
and trust are the only thing I’ve possessed during an On the
Job Training (OJT) which is important in able to get a good
feedback. With the helped of Work Immersion, our skills as a
student had improved more; our knowledges had developed more;
and also, for us to know easily what is the best way to choose
course and job that fits on our strengths and abilities which
is one of the reason why the Work Immersion conducted.

V. RECOMMENDATION:
To the teachers:
 As a part of Work Immersion, I recommend to choose again the
Daram I Central Elementary School as a training center for
the future On The Job Training (OJT)because of their good
dealing there’s no doubt that the future of every student was
also on their hands.
 Having an orientation first about Work Immersion specially to
the interns must be conducted for a good communication and a
good deal.
To the students:
 As a student also, I recommend to them that it would be much
better if they have enough information about Work Immersion
for a good treatment and also a good deal with the interns.
 The attitude must be discipline and they know until where or
when they limitations will be specially in some events like
Work Immersion.
