Drossing Machine is developed with years of industry experience using concept of

engineering to reduce human intervention and cycle time while improving the quality of
outcome in Dross Removal step of lead refining process.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
De – drossing machine is used in lead refining
industry to remove the dross accumulated over the
21 Years of Excellence

molten lead in refining pot. In this setup a screw

type conveyor is fitted along with a TEFC Motor on
one end along with a rigid rotating support at the
middle of conveyor (with a hydraulic arm) which
helps in adjusting height of contact point of the
conveyor with dross in the pot.

CAPACITY
5 MTPH considering density of dross 1.5 t/m3
(Standard Size). For other capacities, customization
can be done during fabrication.
