how I love him true -
It could have been you.
As for you
And your love for she -
It could have been me.
Speaker - someone who recalls a past relationship that didn’t work out
Sometimes, the things that we want the most in life don't always end up
the way we want it and the person that we badly need don't always end
up in our grasps.

Poem
A bruise is tender
but does not last,
it leaves me as
I always was.
We are all fragile and vulnerable. When people leave us behind, we tend
to break and shatter. Some of them leave shallow marks that are easy to
hide and forget but most of them would give us cuts too deep to heal and
damages too critical to recover from.
Symbolism/s
A bruise is tender
but does not last, But a wound I take
it leaves me as much more to heart,
I always was. for a scar will always
leave its mark.

Poem
It was a question I had worn on my lips for days - like a loose thread on my
favorite sweater I couldn’t resist pulling - despite knowing it could unravel
around me.
The answer to our questions sometimes lie, not in the verbal response of
the person being asked, but the actions that he/she tends to show.
Symbolism/s
It was a question I had worn on my lips for days - like a loose thread on
my favorite sweater I couldn’t resist pulling - despite knowing it could
unravel around me.

Poem
A snowflake falls,
a story told,
its melting words,
were mine to hold,
I thought of you,
when hands
were held,
two lovers lost
to time
I tells.
When losing the person that you love seems to be impossible to find, the
least you could do is to just recall the happy memories that you once had.

Poem
He - someone who came to a realization that the girl no longer pays any
attention to him nor his needs
She - someone who got tired and fed up about the fact that her efforts are
not reciprocated
The moment we walk away from someone’s life is the time they realize
our worth.

Poem
Shrinking in a corner,
pressed into the wall;
do they know I’m present,
am I here at all?
Slowly I m withering -
a flower deprived of sun;
longing to belong to -
somewhere or someone.
Not all of us are accepted within a social circle nor easily noticed because
some of us are perceived differently by society.
