This year has been full of achievements and accomplishments in all areas in life for Pnu’s
College of Pharmacy’s Students, and the great just yet is that there’s more to come.

Starting off with the winners of the biggest competition for this new decade stealing all
grand prizes.

In clinical practice, social & behavioral sciences and pharmaceutical sciences, both
for professionals and students.
Coming in 1st place for the oral presentation professionals competition in social
and behavioral sciences, the use of Risperidone in children and adolescents with
autism in riyadh, Saudi Arabia: A cross- sectional study.
Dr. Majd alsirhani, reem al saif, ghada al shamarani, maha alkhalifah, aljohara al
rumayyan, jude alhwaidi and raneem alzeer.

Winning 1st place in oral presentation students competition in social and behavioral
sciences, Evaluation of reasons and costs of returned iv medications: recycled and
wasted medications costs investigation.

Dr. Yara alenazi, shahad alrewaily, hind alshinifi, muna aljumiah and rana algumizi.

In poster presentation professionals competition in clinical practice , coming in 1st

place the safety and effectiveness and of isoniazid empirical prophylaxis compared to
screeching based prophylaxis post lung transplantation: a retrospective cohort study.

Gaswah kareem.

In poster presentation professionals competition in social and behavioral sciences

category , 1st place, myths and misconceptions about cancer in Saudi Arabia, Dr.
Asthma almuhsin.


In poster presentation students, in social and behavioral sciences category winning

1st place, evaluation of the impact of the antimicrobial stewardship program on the cost
of the antibiotic , meropenem.

We sparked in brilliance and creativity and came back home with two grand prizes.

#FDA_HACKATHON2019
The digital food & drug incubator adopted 12 winning
successful projects under the Saudi fda hackathon for
2019.

In the medical devices (track) field - we applause to

our girls, Yasmeen alenzi, raghad alkanhil and raghad
almas for getting nominated and winning for their project
MED-DEAL.

And we also have Amaal alasheq for her project SMART ER

in the same field.

In the food track - we have a winning project by

the brilliant creator hind alkhalifah. A smart food
sticker.

And last but not least always shinning in all areas we’d like to
congratulate our silver medalist Ragad Hasan alzahrani for
winning the Saudi judo federation, weight class 63 kg
( 138.9 pounds) - yellow belt.

Hoping for more eventful and breaking of all success in

all grounds for our pharmacy slash Super-girls till next
year.
