1. What is Sikiolohiyang Pilipino?
2. What is the core value of the Sikiolohiyang Pilipino?

Activity 1: Knowing the 8 Manners of Pakikipag-kapuwa


The class will be divided into 5 groups. Each group will choose 2
members to represent their group in doing the first activity. In this
activity, the teacher will post several Filipino manners on the
board. The students’ task is to identify which among of these
words are the 8 manners of social interaction (pakikipagkapuwa)
based on Sikolohiyang Pilipino core value. After identifying, they
will post it on the concept map then 2 representatives will discuss
their answer.

Learners will discuss each manner in their own words.


B. Establishing a purpose for the GROUP ACTIVITY: (#1);(#2);(#3);(#4);(#5);(#6)(#7);(#8);(#9)

GROUP ACTIVITY:FACT or BLUFF

With the same group, each will be given FACT and BLUFF
signage . The teacher will then present several situations in the
society and the students’ task is to identify if the following
situations are in accordance with the core value of Sikolohiyang
Pilipino or not. They can raise the FACT if the answer is correct
while BLUFF if it is not.

Situations:
1. Pagtulong sa matanda habang tumatawid sa daan. (FACT)
2.Paggawa ng aksyon hinggil sa paglawak ng suliranin sa
pinagbabawal na droga.(FACT)
3.Paglaban sa sariling karapatan sa pamamagitan ng dahas
(BLUFF)
4.Pagsunod sa Anti-Mendicancy Law bilang isang masunuring
mamayan. (BLUFF)
5. Hindi pakikialam sa usapin ng Reproductive Health Law.
(BLUFF)
Classroom Management:
The U-shape chair formation encourages participation among
learners. In this classroom structure, the floor space in the center
will be used during the presentation of the learner’s output.(# 4)
