1. INTRODUCTION
In this research project, The need for home loans arises not because property
prices are heading upwards all the time but because home loans make great
sense from a long-term savings perspective. Not only are home loans a handy
tool for the common man to own a roof over his head but they also help save
money in the long run.
We will focus on the study of the Home loan topic from the point of view of
customers and bankers. We will take survey from customer who already take
Home loan and will asked to them their experience.

4. RELEVANCE AND IMPORTANCE OF STUDY
Different interest rates, offers and time period schemes are provided by
institutions and banks, it is important to know the all relevant things before
borrowing loan, so we will study about the interest rates, offers, time period and
age period of the different banks.
5. ASSUMPTIONS
There are Various kinds of home loans are available in India so we will study
the all type of Home loan, Home purchase loan, Home improvement loan,
Home Construction loan, Home Extension loan, Land purchase loan, NRI home
loan. We will focus on the study of which type of Home loan is more suitable
for which type of person.

7. JUSTIFICATION OF OBJECTIVES
We will have the focus study upon the interest rate of loan and other condition
for taking loan which banks apply while giving loan to the customers.
8. STATEMENT OF HYPOTHESIS
Bank provides different rate of interest for home loan as per customer.
Rate of interest of Co-operative Bank is less compare to private Bank.
Bank are giving two types of loan one is secured loan and another one is
unsecured loan with different rate of interest.

10. LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
Will study the bank’s conditions regarding home loan which is suitable for
Only salaried persons and business mans.
For this research project, we will have those respondent who want their own
house but do not have sufficient funds.
We will take a sample for this research project which is universally accepted
and will study of home loan from bank with the help of that samples.
As we know there are different types of sampling method; so we will used one
of them which is most suitable for home loan from bank.
For e.g.. Simple Random Method, Homogenous Data etc.

15. RESEARCH DESIGN
To describe the data will used research design to interpret the data.
We will use union Bank and Bank Of Maharashtra as a source to collect the
data regarding Home loan.
As we know there are two methods to collect the data i.e. Primary Method and
Secondary Data, will use both of method for data collection.
We will use accounting techniques and ratio analysis tools for data analysis for
this research project of Home loan from different banks.
There are different statistical tools like trend percentage analysis, standard
deviations, mean , co efficient of variation etc., which we can used as statistical
tools for this research project.

20. TECHNIQUES OF DATA ANALYSIS
Accounting techniques and statistical techniques are used for the purpose of
data analysis, we will use both of them or one of them which is more suitable
for the project.
As we are also using secondary method of data collection, we must review the
secondary data which is easily available to us.
We will make research method, research design, data analysis, techniques and
tools of data etc. under this research project, so this are the scheme of our
report.
