In response to your request, I would like to clarify and detail the elements of
the quotation for the import of the masks necessary for your activity, to be imported,
chartered and delivered by Trimerica, S. de R.L. de C.V., Customs Agent with
whom the subject in question is being worked with.

The cost for the 18,000 masks at 0.50 USD per unit, that is, $9,000 USD at
raised fee, at an exchange rate of 19.20, equals in pesos of $172,800 MXN plus
applicable taxes:

8% of merchandise value DTA $13,824.00

15% of merchandise value Tariffs $25,920

and 16%VAT $27,648

Total of $240,192.00MXN.

As to the inquire regarding the shipping from China to Long Beach, California,
USA or Ensenada, MX, we reviewed the costs and benefits for this two options, in
which we found that the best option, is Long Beach, California, USA, in a cost range
between $900-$1000.00 US Dollars, against Ensenada, MX which would be around
35% bigger expenses, due to delays, customs clearance and warehouse procedures
for import/export in Ensenada, MX, which would produce that 35% increase of cost.

It is also to be noted that the Customs Broker commits to deliver the

merchandise to the company´s domicile in Mexico City.

It should be noted that our firm will charge a 20% fee for the management and
monitoring of this customs procedure, on the total value of the invoice, that is, 20%
on the $240,192.00MXN giving a total fee of $48,038.40MXN.

suggestions on the content of this proposal, with the purpose of finally reaching a
point of agreement.
