o Extra pair of socks, shirt, etc. (sweat or
weather)
o Gloves
o Blanket (for long meets)
o Towel (sweat)
o Duffle bag or Athletic bag
o Small Container for jewelry

 EXTRAS
o At least two water bottles
o Nutrition bars, nuts, fruits, granola and
snacks
o Garbage bag (cover belongings if it starts to
rain)

o Extra contact lens/solution, personal
