PETITION

Petitioner LIBERAL PARTY (LP), by the undersigned counsel/representative, to

the members of the Board of Canvassers, most respectfully states:

1. On 09 May 2016, this Honorable Board of Canvassers convened for the

purpose of canvassing and consolidation under COMELEC Resolution No. 100831.

2. This Petition is being filed due to the following:

□ Discrepancy of the electronically transmitted results to Board of

Canvasser’s (BOC’s) vis-à-vis Election Returns (ERs)

□ Results as reflected in the Election Return/s is not the same as the data
received by the Transparency Server

□ Voting Counting Machine hashcode is different from the published trusted

build hashcode

□ Consolidated Canvassing Server hashcode is different from the trusted

build hashcode

□ Total votes cast exceeds the total number of registered voters

□ Others:
