DEED OF RELEASE OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE

I, DEX TER, Filipino, of legal age, single and with residence and post-office address at
El Rio, Davao City, having received the full consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAN
PESOS (P50,000.00), to me in hand paid by BEN TEN, Filipino, of legal age, single, with
residence and post-office address at Monteritz, Davao City, do hereby by these presents, forever
RELEASE AND DISCHARGE that certain CHATTEL MORTGAGE executed by the said
BENTEN on the 24th day of January, 2020 before the Notary Public for Davao City. (Doc No.
52, Page 10, Book 1, Series of 2020 of said Notary’s Notarial Register) and registered in the
Office of the Register of Deeds of Davao City on January 25, 2020 (Entry No. 67, Page 5,
Volume 1).

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of January, 2020, in
Davao City, Philippines.
